The small size of our facilities is intentional. Our buildings were designed knowing the residents would not be able to navigate through long or winding corridors. We have found that most elderly residents feel isolated and abandoned in larger facilities. Large rooms, long corridors, and permanently closed apartment doors will never be found at Alta Ridge.

Our promise is to offer a home-like atmosphere where every resident will receive 24-hour individualized care. In order to deliver on this promise, the maximum number of residents we can accept per facility is relatively small compared to industry standards. Limiting the size of our resident population provides us with the opportunity to provide personalized care to every resident every hour during the day and night.
