We maintain strong lines of communication and alert you of any changes in your loved one’s health, cognition, care plan, or overall well-being. We also hold quarterly care conferences where we invite you to join us for a formal meeting to discuss every aspect of your loved one’s care with our knowledgeable care team.

Alta Ridge is so much more than just a beautiful home. We strive to make Alta Ridge a place where our residents can enjoy their children, posterity, and friends. We encourage our residents to invite their families and friends to their home at Alta Ridge where they can take pleasure in each other’s company. In fact, we hold monthly community events where families and residents come together to enjoy food, fun, and most important – each other. For a more private family experience, we invite you to utilize our private dining room, our courtyards, or one of our many “family-friendly” rooms located throughout the facility.
