At Alta Ridge, we recognize that proper nutrition is the key to staying active, healthy, and happy.   And we all know that delicious food is the key to everyone's heart!  At each of our communities our dietary managers work closely with a clinical dietician to ensure that each of our meals our nutritional, well-balanced, and delicious!  If your loved one has a special request or a favorite meal, please let one of our dietary staff members know, and we will make sure their desires are met.  Our dietary staff is also trained and conscious of special needs diets such as low-sodium, diebetic, and mechanical soft diets.  If your loved one requires a special diet, you can rest assured that their need are being met.
